Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 days, and shipped within 7-12 business days. Time taken to ship is determine by services selected and paid for.

Orders are shipped using USPS ground unless otherwise requested. Lost orders sent from factory will be insured if items are determine to be lost during shipping.

We are not responsible for return items lost during shipping.

Packing slip is included in all orders. Please inform us immediately if order arrives damaged.
